Please help I'm loosing hope 😞

So im 26 I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years I have pcos I'm over weight Ive been on metformin for a year and have had three rounds of metformin and clomid with no success the doctor says I'm still not ovulating and my periods have stopped all together I have all the pains n feel like I'm going to come on but nothing 😞 I feel like giving up I've recently lost a stone and I'm currently on provera to bring on my period so I can start round four of clomid  me and my fiancé are so desperate to have a baby but I feel it's never gonna happen has any one else had this problem and now pregnant or had a baby dose anyone know any thing else I can do ivf is not an option as Can't get it on nhs due to my fiancé already having a son some one please hope my doctor seams like he dosen want to help 😞😞😞😞
