3 positives after a one day bleed

hiya guys, i think it was wednesday i had a one full day bleed,an odd clot but nothing of significance. I decided to do an asda freedom cheap £1 test & it came back positive, faintly but not a squinter. I decided to take another which was also positive and then another which was positive. ive had some cramps but no more bleeding, maybe a pink tinge but that was after sex(sorry tmi). could i actually be pregnant? or was it a m/c. ive been trying to get into my doctors for ages but all the appointments go. Ive been feeling very faint and sick all day today and odd mild cramping.
