Ladies please help me!!!

Hello ladies. i am currently trying to conceive!! i had some funny looking cervical mucus the day after my suspected ovulation day. I'm currently 9-10dpo and for the past week I have felt a dull lower back pain and also some shooting sensations starting in my hip to my back radiating down my thigh, I hope I'm not reading into this too much I really don't want to get my hopes up. 

Has anybody ever experienced the same thing? (I also have a picture of the cervical mucus although its very similar to ovulation mucus) (I actually have two picture of cervical mucus, a few days later it was thicker and a little yellowish).
