Confused

Hi there I need some help me and my partner are trying for our second baby and I have missed my period this month I was due my period around the 28th -2nd but no sign I took my first home pregnancy test to day after and it came back negative so I waited and still no sign of my period I then took 4 clear blue early tests and 3 came back positives and 1 negative but after I took them I started bleeding but it was very light like spotting and pinkish but today morning time it was like spotting but more red and had a few clots but has gone back to light pinkish and now it like spotting but only a little bit.. am very confused and was wondering if to go doctors or wait a little thanks
