Don't know if I'm pregnant!

Hiya guys,

I need some help, I don't know if I'm pregnant! My bestfriend believes I might be because the last week or so, my nipples are very sore, I've been feeling sick and my appetite is crazy, I'm hungry all the time and that's not normal for me. The thing is I have the implant, but I've been experiencing some problems with it

Please help!!!!
