implantation or early af?

Hi everyone, I need help.. 

so last month I started taking centrum pre pregnancy, I am due on my af Sunday but yesterday and this morning I have had a spot of pinkish when I whipped, could this be implantation or early af from taking the tablets.. please help?! xxx

    It could be implantation. Af will only be early if you ovulated early as the point from ovulation to af never changes. Good luck x

    OK well there has been nothing more since! just still have doubt it could be early af! time will tell x
