Think I'm pregnant.. Again...

hi guys. Happy new year! 

I have been pregnant before but sadly miscarried at the beginning of November. I know the early signs of pregnancy which I believe I am having now. I have miss my period by over 1 week, cramping in my belly, back and my calves. I'm feeling dizzy and going off food. I am nervous about doing another test as all I think about is having another miscarriage. The cause of it is because I have a heart shaped womb and will find it difficult to carry a child. 

im hoping for advice or if anyone else has been in the same position as me..
