Bad reviews on pregnancy tests I bought. Help please!

I bought some pregnancy tests off of EBay. After reading reviews people have said they are bad for indent lines and another lady said her husband tested positive and so did the bathroom tap. Anyway these pictures are of tests I took between yesterday morning and this morning. However i also ran one test under cold water and although it didn't happen in the time frame a line did appear and this morning it's pink as anything. I dont want to get my hopes up would you say these are dodgy Tests? X
