Unfortunately, I'd say thats a faulty test :-( Do you have another one to try again?
Sometimes the dye collects and appears as a line, but if there's a dink in the test it stops it going across the strip.
also the clear blue on the other one you posted doesn't look like an early one so won't be as sensitive as the strips
