Positive home pregnancy test or a faulty test?

Hi, I just took this home pregnancy test, it only came up with a half  line? Is this faulty or could It be a faint positive? 

Has anyone else had this happen to them and were you actually pregnant or was it a false positive? 

Im hoping I am pregnant but would like to know of other people's experiences good or bad. Thanks
