PCOS, achy boobs, veins and periods....

Really confused at the minute...

recently been diagnosed with PCOS been ttc 2 years have an appointment with the fertility clinic on 29th March to start getting some help. My problem is my periods are literallyall over the place I bled twice last month and now I'm 1 day late this month (cycle day 31) 

Since before my first period last month I have had achy boobs and been feeling quite sick. When my period came I just thought it was because of that. Then the achy boobs continued so did the feeling sick and stuffy nose. Then I bled again and put them syptoms down to period again. But since then it's all continued my boobs ache I feel sick all the time iv had a really stuffy nose all for about a month now. I'm now 31 days passed the 1st day of my last bleed no.period and all of a sudden very bold blue veins over my boobs chest and through my areolas. 

Could I really be pregnant after 2 bleeds or are these normal PCOS symptoms???
