Trying to conceive after miscarriage 9 weeks

Morning All

I had just recently had a miscarriage and next week i will go back to hospital for a scan just to check that everything is clear. This was sad time for me and my husband. We are going to try again but when is it safe to do so?  we are scared this happens again. I have high blood pressure and was using tablets the doctors prescribe but now for a while I have been having the correct diet and life style to keep my pressure down which as work because the doctor say my pressure is down, but they not know that I have stop taken the tablets. I am 49 years old soon in a few months.

I would so much like to start again but the natural way no pregnancy care or blood pressure pills. Is there any one out there who is trying to get pregnant naturally ie food,diet? Thanks Yvonne
