BBT analysis. Help!

hi ladies, 

Looking for some advice, I'm 11dpo today. I've had sore breasts since 4dpo.

I've been charting my temps for a while now and I've attached my chart...my temps are high still but I experienced a dip then rise today. 

I also have two cover lines, if anyone knows the reason for that?

I had diarrhea on 6dpo and then constipated for 3 days after that. 

No acne which is strange for me, but I am trying a new face care regime,  so not sure.

Any advise would be great
