Am I preg or just changing body symptoms after removing contraception?

Hi all,

im hoping someone will be able to give a bit of advise... 

I am 26 years old and have been on contraception for the past 10 years and had my Nexoplanon implant removed about 2 months ago and have been trying to conceive since. Me and my OH have been together for 10 years this year and are sooo ready to start our little family! 

For the past 2-3 weeks i have been  experiencing pregnancy symptoms; sore nipples and boobs, major increase in appetit, gas, backaches, dizziness - and have a new superpower that means I can smell EVERYTHIN 😩 

in the past 3 weeks I have taken 6 BFN's! But I KNOW something is happening in there... my friends think it is just my body changing after coming off contraception and the BFN's are making me start to believe that maybe it is just 'changes'.

has anyone else experienced this and actually BEEN pregnant? *fingers crossed*
