Weird symptoms?

Hellooooo! 

Okay so I seem to have gotten my period two weeks early? I had really bad cramping and some bleeding. I didn't have any symptoms prior to this bleeding but started having several symptoms such as sore breasts, hightened sense of smell, nausea, and slightly blurred vision/headaches about two weeks after the bleeding. I'm not sure if this was a possible miscarriage since the bleeding was somewhat heavy and these symptoms are just now showing up or if it was just implantation bleeding? I took 5 tests 1 was positive and 4 were negative. Helppppppp
