Implantation??

I'm officially 2 months late for my period, who has isn't unusual as I have irregular cycles. For the past few weeks I've been cramping  on and off, bloated, moody, and my nipples have a stinging sensation, and my lower back has been sore. Yesterday I had 2 very tiny bright red dots of blood and nothing since. Has anyone encountered this? I don't want to take a test for another week or so, just want to know if anyone else has experienced this.
