Cervix high/soft/closed 3weeks

Hi I'm very new to this online world of info. But I'm in desperate need of advice and guidance.

Hi I'm new and was wondering if anyone could please help?!?!
My cervix has been high/soft/closed since April 7th. Possible implantation bleeding 4/17.my nipples are definitely darker. I got a BFN this morning. I'm on Fertilaid and am very confused. I need help! It's summer and I'd like to drink but terrified of hurting possible baby. Any ideas??

    I just want to know if it's normal to have my cervix high soft closed for that long and still test negative?
