  • Hey Ele

how did your scan go? Hope everything is ok?

    xxxx

  • Ahhh i see... ok thank you ladies 😘.     I guess it's not that unusual then 😊

We dtd 3 days before the positive opk, on the day of it and last night as well so hopefully thatll do the trick 😂 I'm pretty sure I o'd yesterday. Had quite strong cramps in lower tummy and my mood was up and down every 5 minutes! Feeling really lethargic today 😴

Does anyone else get a bit technical/robotic whilst in their fertile window 😂🙄

Hey momcat, yes very well thank you. How are you? The hospital sent me 2 letters for different dates & times for the scan by mistake, so I chose the appointment on the 8th as it was more convenient  😀 Not long now lol still pooping it 😂🙈

    xXx

  • Hey guys just wondering how long it took people to get their periods back after miscarriage?? ive read it days if you where regular with your periods before gwtting pregnant like 28 day cycles then it sould be about 4 weeks after miscarriage...this actually happen for anyone?? X

  • Hi ya. Sorry for your loss. I have a 30-33day cycle and mine was back around 28days. I miscarried 22nd March and I had my next period 25th April. X

  • Hi thanks for replying :) well I hope that happens for me too I'm expecting it this weekend comming if all goes ok....I'm desperate to try again and take control of things again...plus my poor husband is really missing the fun part of trying for a baby haha

  • Mine was bang on 28 days after my ERPC. They only tell you to wait a cycle for dating reasons...... we started trying as soon as I stopped bleeding, which was about 5 days.

  • Good luck to you. 😀

  • hey butterfly I would have liked to have done that but my husband has been put off really as my doctor was adamant that I should not get pregnant because the first period would make sure my system was fully cleaned out ready for another pregnancy it's been so hard though its been such a long month

  • So many doctors advise so many things. My periods since the erpc have been super light so don't be surprised if your periods are really light afterwards.

  • I started trying right after too but unfortunately 2 periods later, I'm still trying! 😢😔 x

  • My periods all went back to normal and I've had 5 losses. Occasionally a day or two out but nothing too bad:) we carried on ttc after 1 full cycle with my later losses and straight away after my cps. I managed to fall pg within 4 tries with each except this one which is now cycle 14! A very long wait. I'm wonderI got if my last D&C has caused a problem have an appt Thursday for yet more test results and being booked for a scan so slowly getting answers:)

Hope you get back to normal soon and wishing you lots of luck and babydust! Xxx

  • have told my husband all the advice from you all and he's agreed we can go back to normal and just have fun trying again even though I'm pretty sure that I'm past ovulating if I even did this month so that will restore a bit of normality to our relationship :)

  • Sounds like a plan MrsRees!!

The way I see it as long as you've had sex at least 3x per week through your cycle you are easily covered and enjoy the fun😉 We just crack on every 2-3 days sometimes every day if the mood takes us!! No pressure just good fun 😜

  • Hello ladies,

For everyone who asked my scan  showed nothing wrong at all. Nice healthy lining, clear tubes and good ovaries with normal size/amount of follicles. I'm so relieved!!! 😁

The specialist said as everyrhing is normal inside, the only thing left to pin the crazy erratic periods to was a hormonal imbalance. Blood tests have revealed hormones are ok now so OH and I are all good to try again 👏🏼😃

Thank you to everyone who wished me well today 😘♥️

    xXx

  • Ah good new eleoxo! Fingers crossed for you. ❤🌈

  • **elexox 🙈 sorry lol.

  • Ah that's amazing news, what a huge relief! So pleased for you!! 😀 Xx

  • So pleased for you elexox glad everything is ok:)

Anyone had the midwifes mess up on informing outside agencies about your miscarriage....I had the flying start midwife turn up the other day for our appointment that the midwifes should have cancelled!!! It was a bit heart breaking to be honest but ive bounced back ok :)

booked a holiday to Tenerife today too

  • Thanks again ladies 😘

Mrsreese yes this happened to me. The EPU hadn't told the midwife team at the hospital that I had miscarried so my midwife called a few weeks later to arrange my antenatal care. I couldn't even take the call, I just burst into tears and my mum had to explain what happened 💔😭 it was awful!

  • these hospitals  and midwifes seem redicilous to me they just don't seem to be able to organise things properly they tearranged my 12 week scan during the weeks wait when my mc was just suspected...they could have waited just  few more days till things where sorted and just not send it me instead of sending me letters

hopefuly next time will be better
