Bleeding

hi so I had my daughter 16th of april 2016 and 2 weeks after I went on to the depo shot I had my last one in November and was meant to get another shot on February the 16th but didn't because I want to try for a baby well it Has been 5 months and haven't had no sign of a period but from 20th to 22nd I was ovulating and had it 3 times in the fertile window then on the 26th of this month I started spotting pinky blood with clear stringy discharge and it has been like that till today still getting it but out of all these days I have only leaked a tiny few dots could this be implantation bleeding or my period coming back ?
