2 positives and a negative... help!

Hi everyone

I'm new to this and need a little bit of help or second opinion. I did a clear blue test on Thursday and it was a very faint positive. Friday morning it was a faint positive (see picture) and then on Saturday I did a cheap test strip one and it was negative. I'm having nausea and every little smell makes me feel sick, my stomach is very bloated/full and my lower back aches. I was pregnant last August but miscarried and 2 months so I'm very nervous. Does anyone have any ideas what I should do??
