Suspicious

Ok so me and my partner are trying for a baby I came of the injection 11th August last year and had my first period 8th July then a few days before my period I bled for 2 days only light then the day after my period was due I wiped and there was blood but didn't have any more and now I keep having really hot flushes I got cramps yesterday and have had some today i have been feeling sick and although I am sleeping great I always feel tire I have done about 6 clear blue plus test and they all have a really faint line but people say probably ink run done the digital and 2 first response ones all negative I also feel strange in my stomach my doctors don't do pregnancy test so need to wait till monday I'm just so confused
