My husband and I are trying for our first child for a few months now and seem to be having no luck... any tips or suggestions of things that would help us be able to. We are new to this and are trying all we know but it seems to not be working. Thanks!

Sadly there is very little advice that you won't have heard already. All you can do is to make sure you are having regular sex especially around your ovulation window (up to you whether you track this with OPK's and temps) everything else is all down to mother nature. Even perfectly timed there is only approx a 20-25% chance of conceiving . They say it takes most couples a year on average.
