Late miscarriage, twins and trying to conceive

Hi,

I recently lost twins at 22 weeks due to cervical incompetence, it has took me 4 months to conceive and have found out that this time there is only one. Huge relief! However I cannot help thinking that I'm am going to lose this one at any stage of my pregancy. 

I am due for a cervical stitch which is also worrying me so just looking for anyone who has had a late miscarriage and there 2nd pregancy worked out ok or possibly people who have had the cervical stitch and your experiences.
