Missed period, 4 days late,help!!

i stopped my pill in November and then bled I’m December not sure if that was my withdrawal bleed but my period was due 4 days ago and it still hasn’t came. I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms such as cravings, increased appetite, feel sick exc exc 

I done a pregnancy test 2 days ago and it came up negative, maybe because I want to be pregnant so bad I’m convincing myself I have these symptoms, I’m not sure but can someone please give me advice
