Spotting two weeks after my period

Hi I’m new to this site I’m really lost on what’s going on with my body my period was a couple weeks late finally 2 weeks ago it came I was bleeding for 5 days. To days ago I notice when I wipe myself it was light pink my back was hurting so bad that whole day than yesterday it was like a brown organ watery color only when I wipe myself only had them problems for todays no more spotting none yesterday or today. Could I be pregnant? I took a pregnancy test that day I notice the light pink cane back negative but the next day it was a real light fainted line I want a got another test next day that one was negtive someone please help me out I’m going Crazy!
