Can anyone see anything here?!
I feel like I’m driving myself mad sat here staring at this test, can anyone see a pretty much non existently faint line?
I know its waaaay to soon to tell but I can’t stand waiting to test!
According to my (not super reliable app) I’m only 4DPO, What sort of date I be testing for more accurate results?

You are testing far too early - honestly i would wait until your period is due, at most you need to wait at least 10 days past ovulation.
