New here TTC after 10 months and a thyroid problem

Hey all new here

After finding out this week that 2 more people i know are pregnant im beginning to loose my mind!

Here is my story

I have 2 children from a previous relationship. I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid 7 years ago but is well managed. 

Myself an my partner have been TTC for 10 months now i have been ovulating every month. We had a very early MC back in Feb but my cycle returned to normal month after.

We have sex regular leading up to ovulation when im ovulating and after but no luck. I have ordered concieve plus lube and i am taking vitamins. Got a docs appointment tomorrow not sure they will do anything as im 27 and havnt been trying for a year. 

Any help advice will be appreciated. Thanks 😁
