Hi Loz, my journey isn't as hard as some of the girls here. I have to girls from my marriage (aged 6+7) I had PCOS, diagnosed at 18 with one ovary that doesn't ovulate so was surprised I fell so easy with my girls. Husband left a year and a half ago currently going through a divorce. Fell pregnant with my new partner (my best friend of over ten years) it wasn't planned but a blessing, went for a scan at 10 weeks and babies heart beat had stopped at 9weeks, it was a missed miscarriage. Four days before Christmas and nearly 11weeks pregnant I had a medically managed miscarriage which was the most painful thing I have ever been through. Was taken into A&E and put on morphine. Sadly I was not given the option of what I wanted to do with the baby I lost.
Anyways after four months of trying o asked my doctor to put me on Metformin as it can help women with ocos to ovulate more regularly, cycle and a half after that and I conceived. I went through hundreds of years and ovulation sticks, the last cycle was the only one I recorded the peak in ovulation and it worked.
Now I'm 5+5 weeks pregnant with a private scan booked on July 14th when I should be 8+2 weeks. This is also the date my angel baby was due so hoping for good things hun. Anyways thats my journey, not as hard or tough as most and I feel very blessed to be given another opportunity to try again. Sending baby dust to you all xxx
Had my first 16 week midwife appt yesterday tummy measurements were perfect for dates and heard baby heartbeat was 159bpm and Ive finally felt a few flutters but baby did a big movement when I was being doppled was lovely ❤️
I now have rented (with the option to own) my own midwife grade Doppler £15 per month with the gel and a little bag had this particular one with last 3 pregnancies and it’s brilliant found heart beat of 156bpm straight away 😃 got reassurance now until I feel movements every day!
Have more scans booked in 3wks,then 1 more a week after and then week after that is the main 23 wk scan!!:) it’s flying by and I finally feel a little more excited and confident:) just need to get to 20 weeks then I’ll feel much better!!

im about 6 weeks today and got my 3+ on cb digital plus I done frer and you can barley see control line as test line sucked all the dye within 5 seconds so I’m hoping his is a positive thing , booked for scan Thursday just to check everything is going ok and hope to see a good strong heartbeat so I can relax a little. I just hope it’s not to early to not see it I will be 6+2 or 6+ 5 by then xx
I had a scan Friday because of pain, found a sac but nothing more, I should have been 6+2, took HCG levels and they were 17814, nice and high, took levels again Sunday at 29114 an increase of about 65% over 48hours which is good. They said I could just be earlier than I think I am but my dates are dead on so I'm a bit concerned. Re scan booked for Friday 13th hoping to find more then as I should be 8weeks then. Anyone else have such high HCG levels early on or only see sac around 6weeks? Xxx
Claloub try not to worry hun, alot of people say they see the heart beat that early but I couldn't even see the yolk sac let alone the fetus so seriously have everything crossed for my next scan just hate waiting so long for it x
MMA glad heartbeat is nice n strong I’m thinking it’s gonna be a boy 💙💙😱 I got lovely strong lines so I’m hoping it’s a good thing and it showed within 4-5 secs and was so dark before urine even reached control line so ive got pma going on at mo 😝
On my last I was 6+3 could see baby and heartbeat but it was very slow and I knew from there something was wrong and heartbeat must have stopped same day cause 2 weeks later baby was still measuring same but no heartbeat!
Claloub ask to have your HCG levels checked when you go (ask for results to be told to you, should only take a few hours) this way you have something to go on if you have any issues in future or concerns. I'd be interested in what your levels are if you do. I still think mine are very high x
Honeybee they won’t do them in the hospital I go to I asked them to do it last time, the only time they take bloods is if you are pregnant but nothing shows on scan then they take bloods to prove you was actually pregnant
I done clear blue digital last week and it was reading 2-3 so I know hgc must be going up and also my boobs are a lot more sore this time around and I’m getting the stitch feeling when I cough or move too quick which I got on my successful pregnancies but didn’t with my mcs so I’m hoping it’s all a good sign xx
Oh and I got extreme exhaustion like I mean sleeping all day and still feeling tired plus I’m bloated like mad lol and moody as hell, I’m actulal in bed right now because I just can’t keep my eyes open any longer xx
I understand hun. All sounds good to me with you. I guess I'm curious to know if anyone else has the level I have as I feel most have a lower level and I wonder why mine are so high x

Loz this happened to me too as I wasn't ovulating but the month I conceived I got very strong lines. So best of luck x
Thank you, I was worried after last month I wasnt ovulating so I lit up this morning when I seen the test as I was expecting another faint line,

Honeybee this is what I’m afraid of I know my dates will be between 6+2 and 6+6 on Thursday x
