Help, can you be 4-5 weeks preg, negitive

I have been experiencing nausea lower back pain stomach ache brown spotting, mood swings, fatigue am not sure if I missed my period as I had a very unusual light and short bleed.
I have tested on the 25th but it was negitive but the symptoms are staying same.
Is there any chance I could be pregnant which I would be around 4-5 weeks with a negitive test ?
