Please help is this positive?....

In need of help I'm currently 11 days late for my period and all tests have been coming up negative tried clear blue, and first response apart from these 2. 1 was 3 days ago and the other is today and I don't know if I'm just seeing things but I'm sure there is 2 extremely faint lines. I'm going on a hen do tomorrow at a spa and want to know whether I need to be cautious or not. I'm currently still breastfeeding my 12 month old but this unusually just at night time and have had 3 normal 28 day periods and this has now been 39 days with no signs of it turning up soon. Haven't had any pregnancy symptoms despite the no show of period and headaches.

Not in the doctors till 8th March as that's the earliest appointment.
