TMI pic could this be a good sign???

so I’m 9-10dpo and today I got this sticky milky cm and I’m constantly wet to the point I have to change my underwear today my cm was like a blob of gloop and it was like a milky colour with a slightly yellowish colour quite stretchy and sticky, my nipples hurt but only my nipples  not my actual boobs, if I touch or squeezed my nipples there very tender, i don’t normally have this with my boobs or this kinda of cm, i haven’t took a test yet as I don’t want to get my hopes up but do you think this could be a good sign I know you can’t use cm as an indication for pregnancy, I’m just asking has anyone else had this and got a bfp?
