IMPLANTATION BLEED BFP ANYONE

I have been trying to concieve for 9 months and this time I feel I am pregnant but been so long need to know if I am going mad or it might be happening
5dpo. I got a shooting pain on right ovaries for two hrs
8dpo cramps with some red and brown spotting when wiping
9dpo brown blood
10dpo just slight cramps no spottinf
11dpo light brown when wiping going to toilet every half hr bloated literally weak spotting hardly anything there
12dpo no bleeding just heavy bloated feeling breasts veiny
Any advise do I do a pregnancy test???
