7 days late

Hey everyone I’m new too this so don’t really know what I’m doing aha!

Me and my partner have been trying for a baby since I Came off the injection beginning of December 18’ finally got my period back around April and have had 2 periods since, and have been on time, I was supposed to come on around the 19th May and am now 7 days late but last night I just started  bleeding like really light more like spotting and today I’ve woken up no blood but when I go to toilet more blood comes out and it’s more light red to browny colour! 
I know about implantation bleeding but not sure if it’s that or just me coming on my period, but if it is my period it’s not what it’s been like before..

I took a test around 3 days late and it came back negative probably took it too early but now I don’t know what too think! I really want too be pregnant but I don’t know as I’m bleeding but again it’s only spotting on pads but when I go too the toilet there’s more! 

This is happened too anyone else? Just don’t know what to think lol
