Is this a faint positive or evap?

Tested last night at 13 dpo very very faint line read after four minutes. Then again this morning same thing. And just now again. All read within the time frame said though the line did darken the more it sat.
also looks like second line may be getting a little thicker? 
Ttc first baby with endometriosis and I’m afraid to get my hopes up.

    Looks like it could be the start of a positive result but it's too difficult to tell.  With these tests I do find the lines are quite faint even when positive but I'm sorry I can say either way if it is or isnt.  
    When I got faint lines on these I did a digital and that came up positive so maybe try a digital soon (with first morning urine to get strongest result because they aren't so sensitive)

    I would do one every morning with FMU for the next week x
