I had AF on Friday, the 7th. (Gosh, is it already CD3?! Time flies by, not during TWW though ) Fertile window starts in week time or so. This is the 4th month of TTC, 2nd month of checking BBT- fertilityfriend is a great app!
@Hopeful352020 Oh no! I am sorry to hear that! My husband and I have been taking preconception vitamins and I also drink maca powder smoothies. They can't hurt.
