Could I be pregnant?

I’ve missed my period for about 2 months now. The last couple weeks I have been spotting off and on. My boobs have been really sore, feeling nauseous, and I haven’t been feeling myself. Yesterday I took two pregnancy tests and there was a darker line and a faint line on the both of them. This morning I took a digital test and it said “not pregnant” I took it apart and looked at the lines and there is a darker line and a really faint line. Could anyone give me some advice?
