Ovulation test is this positive?or close to positive?

Hi ladies I'm on CD 21 . I have irregular periods from 24 to 45 days.I have no idea when I ovulate.Im thinking I might be close to ovulation.

it look positive to me, do you have a clearblue digital ovalution indicator it would have definetly given you static or flashing smiley
