4th iui cycle

hi all
 new on here and just wanted to tell my story so far. 
I’m 35 and going solo. I’m 1 week into my 2 ww on my 4th cycle. I had hydrosalpinx which they were going to remove both tubes but whilst in surgery they were able to save both tubes. Just wondered if anyone has had bfp on there 4th try but had no symptoms AT ALL

    Hi Justme, I am just about to start IVF, have hydrosalpinx in one of my tubes, can I ask how did you find out about yours and did they tell you the fluid will not come back when they opened up your tubes? I was told I need surgery to clip that tube as the fluid will build up again and wash out or toxicate the embryo... How long did you have to wait after the surgery to have insemination?
    I had 3 unsuccessful IUI's and now going for IVF sorry I can't give you a success story with Hydrosalpinx and IUI :(
