Fertility treatment stress please help

I have been referred to a fertility clinic and I am worried about my work schedule conflicting with going to treatments. I know you have to go in often for monitoring...I just started this job, and I can not take off to go to appointments every day. Has anyone else had this experience? I feel hopeless. I need this job, but I really want to move forward with treatment.
