Pregnancy after the pill

hi ladies
so hubby and I have decided to start trying for baby 2. So on the 30th of July I took my last pill. We have been having lots of sexy time. Who knew the pill suppressed my lavish so much?!
I know most doctors recommend leaving till you get your first period only so dating would be easier but we decided to go for it.
Mom the 27th of August 4 weeks to the day since I took my last pill I started to have spotting. Good old light pink marks when I wipe as well as some brown coloured ones.
When looking online about implantation bleeding I counted back 2 weeks and it fell in line with sexy time.
I assumed it was AF. But it’s been so light and stopped last night.
Has anyone ever experienced withdrawal bleeding like this or could I possibly be pregnant?
I never had implantation bleeding on my son and only knew I was pregnant when AF didn’t turn.
