Late AF and BFN

Hi everyone,
this is my first post. 

DH and I aren’t trying, I’m on the pill and have regular 28 day cycles. 
Well, my period is now 14 days late and I have had multiple BFN’s. I had a wipe of pink and then two very very faint lines around a week late but nothing since then. I tested today and BFN. Could it be a chemical pregnancy?

I am nauseous and have had diarrhea (tmi) but that may be a stomach bug. Light headed, some creamy cm, bloated, mild cramping. Could be pregnancy or AF. Otherwise no symptoms. 

But no sign of AF coming. 

I’m booked in to see my doctor on Tuesday.

Has anyone had anything similar and what was the outcome?

    You aren't really late if you are on the pill since those periods aren't real cycles. Sometimes BC can make you not have a period. If you are getting BFN, I wouldn't think you are pregnant. If you are really concerned, you can ask for a blood test

    I see what you mean. I’m normally like clockwork so this is very unusual for me. I’ll see what the doctor says on Tuesday.
