Early AF or.......

I’m 11dpo (BFN on cheapie this am) and my period is due in 4 days. Today I started spotting, I was sure I had just started my cycle early. What’s strange is I have the first yeast infection since I was pregnant over 8 years ago! Second strange thing is my spotting is orange! No smell but could it be BV or even implantation. Thanks guys and lots of baby dust!
