Struggling with TWW

Hi guys. I’m currently in the TWW period and struggling to be patient. I ovulated around CD31 (miscarried previously and haven’t had a ‘proper period’ since, first cycle post miscarriage so I’m thinking that’s why it took so long for me to ovulate). I’m currently 10dpo and had a negative yesterday using a first response test. I really shouldn’t have tested as I’m feeling a bit deflated now and thinking I won’t get a positive this month. 
Anyone else been through something similar and have some advice? Is there still hope for a BFP?

    There is definitely still hope. I didn’t get my BFP until my period was 5 days late with my son. I know it’s hard, but the best thing to do is wait until AF is due and test again
