ehat do most of girls go off of when tracking ovulation? Do most of you use OPK tests or bbt. What’s more accurate?

    Opk tells u that u may ovulate within Max 72hours, that doesn't mean u will. Sometimes there is no egg ready, u will still get peak opk for lh surge triggering ovulation, but if there is no egg of certain maturity, nothing will be released. Bbt confirms the presence of the egg with the same day accuracy. If temp rise u know egg was released, if it doesn't even if u had peak opk that means u have anovulatory cycle. Those two methods are the best in combination of both, opk tells u when to start bd, bbt confirms that all done and u wait.
