To test or not to ?

So I’ve always had very irregular periods and it’s hard to track I’m late this month from what I’ve worked out and I’ve had/ having horrendous heart burn and bloating I’m pretty sure about 4 weeks ago I had implantation discharge I took a test came back negative.... that was about 3 weeks ago... I can smell everything me and my parter have not been trying been using the withdrawal method and I’m just wanting advice to see if it’s work a test tomorrow.
