Help!! Is this a positive test?

Hi guys,

Really hoping you can help. I did this test yesterday after feeling sick and light headed with spotting .. I followed it with a strip pregnancy test which showed a very thin line.

Do you think this is a positive?

I see something. I would test again in a couple days to see if it gets darker
