6dpo and have been spotting for 3 days - What is it?

So I'm now 6dpo and have been spotting for 3 days now..it has gone and hasn't returned. Does anyone know what this could be?
This is the first time this has happened so early . Usually I have this sort of spotting just before my period starts and I come on with in 24 hours....
Any help will be appreciated.

Did it start at 3dpo? If so, maybe leftover from ovulation? 3dpo sounds too early for implantation bleeding since that usually isn’t until 6-12dpo

You probably ovulated later than u think and it's ovulation spotting.
