5 days late BFN.

Hello,

im 5 days late for my period, suspected late ovulation has had cn (egg white) 7 days after suspected ovulation and only tested after date for ovulation so not 100% i did ovulate when app told me, which brings 24 days today.. still no sign. Had cramps on day was due and today at which point felt like it had. Had stabbing pains in left side ovary for about 5 mins. Breasts have been tender for a few weeks but not major the huge thing at min is the spots on my face! 
What is happening? I tested day after due and negative testing again tmoro but don’t feel pregnant. Just wondering what os going off?! Im usual bang on time if not a day early. 

Anyone had similar?

    if today is 14dpo, then 5 days late (which would put it to 9dpo) is very short luteal phase. Can I assume you don’t take bbt or use opks? what’s your average cycle length?

    @Yorkshire89 do u use bbt or opk??? how do u know when u ovulated??? i agree with @ROADaccess 9 day lp is very short

    just done a test and a faint positive came up! 

    Im not 14dpo im 23dpo. My last cycle began on the 13th of sep, due to ovulate 25th i didnt use opks this time as i usually know however used pre seed this time but 7 days later i had egg white cm so assumed i had ovulated a week late (which i think i did) hence why maybe a pregnancy test didnt show up. 

    But yes i am pregnant!!

    @Yorkshire89 congrats is this ur first month using preseed....i used preseed last month and i didnt concieve but i do believe it helps <3

    Yes first month! But ive had a weird month, But i’d defo recommend it!

    I know it makes sense in my head lol it all depends on when i ovulated really but going by the last date of my period im 5 weeks today!

    Congrats!!! Im still getting negatives - 3 days late and it’s draining me. Just want to know. I’ve given up hope I think!!

    I was 6 days late before i got a faint positive, and that was with asda 6 days before period i think. Which is why i think i may have randomly ovulated a week late im usually like clockwork. Don’t give up hope, i thought the same tbh though but its not over until AF arrives. Fingers crossed x
