4 days late.. still BFN

I am currently on cd35, 13dpo if my app info is correct. I plan on starting opk this coming cycle but it’s 4 days late and I’m getting really discouraged. I’m never late except 2 months ago when I was pregnant but had an early miscarriage. Usually I hope I’m late but this month With the negative pregnancy test now I’m just hoping AF will come so I can accurately check for ovulation. Has anyone else had this issue?

If you are 13dpo then u can't be 4 days late. There is no such thing like regular when ttc, especially after mc cycle goes crazy. It may be different every month. I say ur not late because standard luteal phase is 14 days (time after ov until af) but it can be from 11-17 days depending on person and it always stay the same it shouldn't change more than a day. Time before ovulation can vary cycle to cycle and causes different cycle lengths. So if u don't know ur luteal phase I would assume standard 14 days, which means ur af is not due yet and there is still hope.
