CD33 with leaking breast no AF

Hi ladies, 

im new to the group and have been experiencing a lot of pregnancy related symptoms but negative pregnancy test. I’m cd 33 and my tests are coming back negative. I’m experiencing severe fatigue along with mood swings. Last night my breast began to leak. Is it weird all of the hpt taken are all negative? I’m starting to drive myself crazy... 

please help!

    It could possibly be a sign that maybe 1 or more of your hormones could be off, especially if you're lactating with negative tests. High prolactin can cause all those symptoms too but it could be pregnancy that's not showing on a test, I'm no expert but either way its probably something that should be checked by your gp to give you an answer. Xx
